We are using an online submission and review system for the abstracts, please download the template for more information about formatting etc.
Please login or create a user account on the ICAP 2017 page to submit your abstract. To create a new user account, please use the ‘Create an Account’ link at the bottom of this page. This will take you to a page title ‘Register For This Site’ with a large blue W inside a circle logo. Please specify your desired username and enter your email address. Clicking on register, will take you to a screen with a new banner: ‘Registration complete. Please check your email’. Log in to the email account related to the address you entered, and you should have an email titled ‘[12th International Conference of Archaeological Prospection] Your username and password info‘. Please use the links contained within this email to set a password for your account at www.ap2017.brad-vis.com. You can then return to http://www.ap2017.brad-vis.com/abstracts/ to submit your abstract.
If you do not recieve an email, please check your clutter and/or spam folder for a communication from wordpress@ap2017.brad-vis.com. If you have any problems with registration, please email registration@ap2017.brad-vis.com.
Please fill out the template, and then copy and paste it into the online form. Please also upload your amended template as an attachment and any images. You will get an email upon a successful submission.
Please change the filename of your edited template to the author’s name (if you are going to submit more than one abstract please number accordingly), please name the figures with the author’s name and figure number. Examples A_Author.doc, A_Author_Fig_1.jpg (multiple abstracts, A_Author_1.doc, A_Author_1_Fig_1.jpg).
Please only upload files of the following types: doc, docx, jpg, tif, png. Other file types will not be accepted by the submission system.
